Maas Aviation, a leader in the aerospace painting industry, is currently seeking to fill the position of Production Support Officer.Your responsibilities:
Management of time registration:
- Monitoring compliance with correct procedures in the time registration system
- First point of contact for all inquiries regarding the time registration system
- Updating and maintaining the timekeeping system.
Liaising with production:
- Photo documentation of the various stages of production
- Controlling, organizing and assigning graphic materials to relevant projects.
Accommodation:
- Organizing, coordinating and managing the accommodation of production staff
- Controlling compliance with rules and regulations set by the accommodation provider
- Liaising with accommodation providers.
Facility Maintenance:
- Management of buildings, facilities, parking lots and vehicle fleet
- Coordinate maintenance of hangar, tools and equipment and vehicles (including updating maintenance records)
- Maintain and ensure timely testing of emergency response solutions, e.g., safe building equipment, evacuation route drawings and fire-fighting equipment
- Responding to urgent maintenance calls.

Our requirements:- Education in a relevant field (Facility Management, Logistics).
- Work experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in English (Polish as an added advantage but not an obligation).
- Knowledge of facility management methods, policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with internal and external customers.
- Good knowledge of information systems and computer skills.
- Excellent management and organizational skills, drive for change, independent decision-making, innovative and results-oriented.
- Ability to analyze and process technical data.
- Ability to organize, evaluate and present information effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to set and maintain high work standards.
