The roleScento's customers explore more than 1,000 original designer and niche perfumes from a roster of 200 houses, and the storefront is where they decide what to try next. Monthly decant sales on Scento.com in September 2026 were 3.2 times January 2026, and the storefront has to keep pace with that momentum.
As Senior E-commerce Product Manager you own the journey from first search to delivered order. You decide what gets built, prove it with data and ship it with engineers who care about craft. Success means measurably higher conversion and order value, and a shopping experience competitors study.
What you'll do
- Own the shopping experience end to end: discovery, product pages, the bag, Scento's own checkout and the customer account.
- Turn analytics and customer research into a clear roadmap that moves conversion and order value.
- Run A/B tests with the growth and data teams, read the results honestly and double down on what works.
- Improve payments across markets, from cards and wallets to Klarna and PayPal, with Stripe at the core.
- Shape search and personalisation so customers find the right fragrance among more than 1,000 perfumes.
- Ship fast with engineering on a Next.js storefront and a Medusa commerce backend, balancing speed with technical trade-offs.
Salary: €110,000 – €145,000 gross per year, full-time, permanent contract, plus an annual performance bonus.
Location: Berlin or Paris, or remote from anywhere in the EU.

- Comfort with a modern stack (Next.js, headless commerce, Stripe) and the technical trade-offs that come with it.
