Which perfumes to stock, which country to open next, which ads deserve more budget: at 10ML these calls are made with numbers. You build the data foundation behind 10ML perfume decants and samples and turn the analysis into clear decisions.What you will do
- Own the analytics stack: event tracking, the warehouse, data models and dashboards
- Build trusted metrics for revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, cohorts and retention, and make them self-serve
- Partner with growth on attribution, incrementality and marketing mix modelling
- Build demand forecasting for inventory and purchasing with the supply team
- Run deep dives that answer the questions leadership is asking this week
- Set data quality, privacy and governance standards for the whole company
Reikalavimai darbuotojui
- 6+ years in analytics or data science in e-commerce, marketplaces or consumer tech
- Excellent SQL and Python, and experience with dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake or PostgreSQL
- Experience with GA4, product analytics (PostHog, Amplitude or similar) and BI tools
- Solid statistics: experiment design, causal inference, forecasting
- The ability to explain a complex finding in two clear sentences, in English
